delivery and returns

At Sheba Iranian Carpets stores we endeavor to offer a first class service in the sales of and delivery of our handmade carpets and rugs. Delivery within the United Arab Emirates will be same day rug delivery, and is free from our showroom in Sharjah to other Emirates including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.. 

If your are visiting the UAE we also offer to pick you up from your hotel, transport you to our showrooms  and return you back after. 

International shipping will take approximately 7 days. We only use reputable logistic companies such as DHL and UPS for delivery and returns of your rugs and carpets. We want you the customer to be fully satisfied with our products. delivery and returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may return it after 30 days from date of purchase and we will offer a full refund. Please phone +971506786168 to request the refund. 

In order for us to be able to offer a refund, the rug must be returned to us as new. Please make sure that the rug is properly and securely wrapped and sealed. We will not be able to offer a refund if the rug has been used or damaged before or during transit.
